    great content – clear and concise – there is so much information here though that it would make a lot of sense to make a number of videos focusing on each element that you are talking about – in a little more depth – with more examples and ideas as well -

    That’s not what is said at all. Targeting is a key foundation to the plan and is done as part of it.

    There is work in picking the right target. What are your benefits, who will they appeal to. How targeted should I get, demographics, Psychographics (interest, activities, opinions).

    Is there a Niche of my target market that I can serve to further hone in and specialize.

    Targeting and knowing your customer is they key to the plan. Not something you pick at whim before starting the plan.
