I think you should better disclose the cost of equipment and maintenance in your lease agreements. You should let people know you intend to sell the lease to an out of state finance company (Great American Leasing) and thereby force all disputes to be litigated out of state. You should tell people your company gets all their money up front for the cost of the equipment and maintenance fees. You should tell people how much they are actually paying for the copiers.
