James at Netstf was very knowledgeable, fast to respond, reasonably priced and friendly! Viruses had taken over my desktop & laptop computers & made it impossible to work, James came to the rescue. He was very patient and diligent in finding a solution, explained problems to me & how to fix them using “user friendly” & not too technical terms so even I could understand. He upgraded my machine & had them working in no time! I strongly recommend NETSTF for any kinds of computer services that you need.

It's unfortunate this guy has to try to destroy his competitor's business, family, and livelihood with shady online marketing tactics instead of just providing a better and more adequate service. Just thought people should know what kind of person this is.

I had a horrible experience with my computer 2 weeks ago. It had a black and blue screen and crashed. I immediately panicked and did some research. I contacted NetStf right away. They had told me to drop it off that day and spent time fixing it. They had to replace a serious part and somehow manged to get back all my files, info, pictures, mp3 files, etc. I was so grateful for his work They are professional and knowledgeable. I felt like my computer was in good hands when I dropped it off and I was right. Thank you . Everything has been running smooth now :) I appreciate their help.
