I'm a big fan of USModular ever since they built an amazing modular home just west of Valley Middle School in Carlsbad. This home is on Magnolia Avenue and rivals any custom home in the area. Thank you USModular for promoting green building.

As a developer who has built several projects the now "old-fashioned" way, I had become fed-up with permitting delays, unreliable subs and the fact my projects often took 18+ months to complete. That's when I discovered the team at USModular. They helped me deliver, set and finish my first modular home on time and on budget. It took only 4 months! And the experience has actually enjoyable. Since then I have completed a second modular project. If you want to build a new home or building, modular is the only way to go. And USModular are the modular experts to turn to. Bill C
