I truly appreciate the fact that Lawn Pros was prompt with a quote for the work I needed done. They understand that their client's time is valuable too. Nadine and her staff were professional with explaining the work required and time needed to complete the job. That in itself is invaluable when you don't know not one thing about Sprinkler Repair. Being timely to the jobsite was the icing on the cake! Thank you for a job well done Nadine I look forward to working with Lawn Pros in the future for all my Lawn Needs. Their Sprinkler Repair tech recommended a Lawn Aeration with Overseeding, Fertilization and Soil Conditioner which I did. Their Aeration techs told me about their Christmas Lights Installation which I was happy to hear about because I hate getting on my roof.

With the terrible experience I've had hiring contractors to do various jobs around the house lately, I've become very picky. Unprofessional conduct or any kind of rudeness - you're out. Can't answer simple questions - you're out. Outrageous prices without showing me what i'm getting for my money - I'm not going to bother to ask where those costs are coming from, you're out. Lawn Pros met and exceeded all my "picky" criteria. They had the best bid, they were friendly, they left everything finished, working, and looking professionally installed, and they just plain did what they said they would. I wish these were the first people I dealt with when I moved to the Colorado Springs.

He is a true professional and explained what he was doing and why as he repaired the valve and started my sprinkler system. He is a true asset to the Lawn Pro business. Highly recommend him and Lawn Pro for expert, professional work.
