- Registered users have access to even deeper content than the millions of basic company profiles available on Manta.com. Manta registered users receive enhanced access to premium business listings, profiles and reports. And Manta's own personalized listing tool, myManta, is available only to registered users. 2). How
can I use Manta's Resource Centers?
- Manta offers three separate resource Centers, the Travel Center, the Small Business Center and the Career Center that are free to
use. Because we have you, the Manta user, in mind, we designed these centers to assist you
in all of your business and career development endeavors. From blogs that offer up-to-date news and tips, to the millions of job postings and more, the Manta Resource
Centers bring you one step closer to achieving your business and career goals.
3). My
User ID and Password are not working or I have forgotten them. How do I obtain
them?
- You may retrieve your User ID and Password by using the Forgot
Your Password utility on Manta.com. Remember that the User ID and Password are case
sensitive.
4). How
do I create a Secret Question and Answer?
- You must be logged in to create a secret question and answer. Upon
logging in, update your account information by accessing the My Account option to include
your Secret Question and Answer. You must have a Secret Question and Answer on file to
request passwords online. If you do not have a Secret Question on file, and have forgotten
your login information, please contact customer service at +1 614-682-5105 to request your
login details.
5). What
is the approximate ratio of Public vs. Private companies listed on
Manta?
- There are approximately 13 million US-based companies. Of these profiles,
approximately 7,000 cover public companies and the remaining are applied to franchise
locations or private companies.
6). What is the approximate ratio of U.S. vs. Global companies listed on
Manta?
- Approximately 30 percent of the 45 million companies are
U.S.-based.
7). How often is the content on Manta updated?
- Manta has company and industry reports from several publishers. Manta content is
continuously updated as new content is made available. In addition, the Manta website is
frequently updated with new features, resources, and news to serve your business
needs.

Why is my company data listed on Manta.com?
- Manta.com contains a wide variety of content sets, geared to provide the
most comprehensive set of business intelligence reports that are available on the web.
These reports contain information about millions of companies worldwide. Specifically, D&B
data is compiled from the world's largest database of its kind. D&B reports on over 45
million businesses worldwide, gathering data from credit agencies, banking services, legal
dockets, corporate financial reports, government sources, news media and other website
resources. If you have found incorrect information listed about your company, D&B offers a

9). My
business phone number is unlisted from public directories; why is it listed on
Manta?
- The information that you find on Manta.com is provided by Dun & Bradstreet, whose
listings include content from thousands of public data sources. The data is aggregated and
verified for accuracy and then posted to the D&B information databases. D&B reports
information on more than 100 million companies worldwide using its DUNSRight Process to
determine accuracy, timeliness, completeness and consistency. If you have found incorrect
information listed about your company, D&B offers an interface that allows you to

What are the benefits of being listed on Manta?
- A D&B company listing on Manta highlights your company and helps new and existing
customers find your business.

How does Manta obtain its company data?
- The information that you find on Manta.com is provided by Dun and Bradstreet. D&B
collects company information from multiple sources such as public company financials and
trade records, public records such as business registrations and government registries,
direct phone calls to businesses and online updates.

How can I update my Company Listing?
- Update your information with Dun & Bradstreet.
If you have found incorrect D&B information listed about your company, D&B offers an interface that allows you to submit the correct data. Click here for instructions and options. It may take up to 90 days until the profile is updated on Manta.
Add information to Manta profiles.
You may add information to company profile pages on Manta.com by searching for or browsing to a company and click on the "Is This Your Company?" link or the "Add to Company Profile" link in the myManta Controls. Get the details.
13). Is
it free to add my company information to Manta?
- Yes--it is entirely free to add your information to Manta! There are two ways to add your information: you may use the "Add Company Information" button located on each company page and submit your comments using the provided form. You may also choose to update your information with D&B. You can access D&B's eUpdate
interface to update your company information or create a DUNS account to add your company
with D&B. Because we are a reseller of D&B reports we cannot guarantee that your D&B
information will appear on the Manta website. There is no cost to update your information
with Manta or D&B.
14).
What is myManta and how do I use it?
- myManta lets Manta.com members build, sort, manage and share lists of companies, all without installing a single piece of software. For more information, please access our myManta User Guides.
15).
If I am already logged in, why do I need to log in a second time to use myManta?
- Security is of the utmost priority for us. Since myManta contains information that you personally enter, we want to ensure that proper access is provided and request verification of your user credentials.
16).
How do I refine my results?
- Whether you do a search on Manta.com or choose the U.S. browse option in the COMPANIES navigation, you'll land on a page with the title: "U.S. Companies by Category & Location." On the right side of the page, you'll see a "Refine Your Results" box. Click either plus sign or the Expand link to expand the box. Read instructions for using the Refine Your Results Tool.

What criteria can I use for refining and sorting?
- You can sort lists company listings company revenue, number of employees, whether it is a public or private company and the location type (HQ, branch, single location).
18). How
do I purchase documents?
- In order to purchase documents on Manta.com, select the item and click
the Add to Cart button. You will then be taken to the Manta.com Shopping Cart where you
will see the item that you just selected. Click Continue Shopping to return to the
Manta.com homepage, or click the Proceed to Checkout button to move forward to
Registration.
- During the Registration process you will be asked to fill in several important fields
that are required to process your order. After the Registration has passed inspection you
will be asked to provide a method of payment over our secured site. Once the payment is
verified with your payment provider you will receive further instructions on accessing your
content.
- You will create a User ID and Password to access the site in the future. You may
re-use your User ID and Password for future purchases.
19). How
and when will I receive the information that I purchased?
- Documents are delivered electronically in PDF or HTML format, depending
on the publisher.
- After the payment has been verified you will be presented with a link to directly
view the purchased content.
- You may also view the documents at any time by accessing the Reading Room.
This repository houses all content that you have purchased with your User ID and
Password.
20).
How do I view the documents that I purchased?
- You may view your purchased documents by accessing the Reading Room link
on the Manta.com home page.
- If you are not logged in, enter your User ID and Password into the login
box.
- Scroll down and click the View button to view the document.
21). I
purchased several documents, and cannot view them all.
- Cached memory that is full may prevent all documents from opening. Try
closing your browser sessions. Log into the site, and click the Reading Room option. On the
next page scroll down and click the View button to view the
documents.

Why do I receive a blank pop up window when I attempt to view my
content?
- Manta.com works closely with a number of publishers to provide the most
recent data available to users on the web. Manta.com pulls information from various
databases and data repositories which are used to compile the reports. Occasionally, an
interface does not respond in a timely manner, which causes a timeout. In the event that a
report is purchased and the content page is empty, please notify Customer Service at help@ecnext.com
for assistance.
23). I have added items to the Shopping Cart, why is my cart is still
empty?
- In order for the Shopping Cart to function, Cookies must be enabled on
your computer. Check the settings on your computer to determine if the Cookies feature is
enabled.
24). How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
- Access or log into the View Cart option and check the box next
to the item that you want to remove. Click the Update button and the shopping cart is
refreshed.
25).
What methods of payment can be used on Manta.com?
- Payment by credit card is the only payment option available. Invoices and
bank transfers are not accepted. Credit card authorizations are conducted through a secure
link with our payment partner, Paymentech.
26). Why did my credit card issuer fail to process my
payment?
Your credit card issuer may have declined to fulfill your request due to one
of the following reasons:
- Insufficient Funds available: Your request for payment has exceeded your
credit card limit.
- Invalid Address Info: The address supplied on the registration form does
not match the billing address that your credit card issuer has on file.
- Invalid Credit Card/Expiration Info: The credit card account number or the
credit card expiration date were entered incorrectly. Check the numbers again and
re-enter.
- Invalid Card Validation Number (CVN): The Card Validation Number from the
back of the card is incorrect. Please check the CVN and
re-enter.

How do I obtain a receipt for my purchases online?
- A receipt of your purchase can be obtained by accessing the My Account Section of Manta.com. After
clicking the link, if you are not signed in, you will be prompted to enter your User ID and
Password. After authentication, you will be given three links: View My Content, Edit User
Account, and View Purchase History. Click on View Purchase History and either designate a
date range or list all transactions. Simply click the receipt link for the desired purchase
date, and a second window will open with your purchase receipt.

- Manta is committed to the web user and the experience that they have when
interacting on our site. Our number one goal is to provide a dynamic and secure environment
that surfaces business information that our users have come to rely on as they make critical
business decisions. We have crafted a Privacy Policy that

- The Manta Terms of
Service contains the general legal terms that govern your use of our services. They
outline your rights and responsibilities when you use our services and protect the valuable
rights of our publishers. You must abide by them when you use Manta or make purchases from
us. You always will have an opportunity to review the Terms of Service before completing a
purchase.

- Manta provides unique and valuable business information that is protected
by copyright and other intellectual properties rights of our publishers, which cannot be
"returned" the same way you can return goods to a store. Therefore, our Refund Policy explains
whether we can or cannot offer refunds for purchases made through Manta.

How do I opt out of future Manta.com marketing campaigns?
- Manta is a rapidly moving site, geared to bring you the most comprehensive set of
business intelligence reports available on the web. From time to time Manta will launch new
products and services that may meet your business needs. Email marketing is one way that
these new products and services are announced. If you receive an email from a Manta
campaign there will always be an opt out option included in the email. Please see our Privacy Policy for

- For technical questions, questions regarding your document purchase, or questions
regarding information on the Manta site, click here to contact ECNext Customer Support. When
contacting ECNext Customer Service, be sure to include specific information regarding the
nature of your question including your name, email address or phone number, and a brief
synopsis of your question. Your email will be sent directly to the ECNext Customer Service
