My Featured Listings

What is Status?
Status lets you know where your listing is in the payment/publishing process.

Incomplete: This means you created a listing but you stopped somewhere in the checkout process. This status has a permanent “Not live” designation.  Click edit to review your listing and complete the checkout process.

Pending: This means you have completed the listing and you are waiting for approval from Manta.com. This status has a permanent “Not live” designation.

Approved: This means your listing has been approved. Most times, the Approved status is accompanied by a “Live” designation, which means it is live on Manta.com. Sometimes an approved ad is marked “Not live” which means it was held up by an issue such as invalid credit card information. If this is the case, you will receive an email from FeaturedListings@Manta.com explaining the problem.

Rejected: This means your listing has been rejected because it violates the Manta Editorial Guidelines. If this is the case, you will receive an email from FeaturedListings@Manta.com explaining the problem. This status has a permanent “Not live” designation.
