myManta: Share Lists

Now that you have created your lists, added contacts, and identified your pipeline, you can share this information with others. Click on the “Share Lists” tab to review the options available.

Select the list you want to share by selecting it from within the “Configure Sharing for List” menu.

To configure the settings, you need to apply permissions by deciding if participants can contribute contact and note information to companies on the shared list or just review the information. Enter the email addresses of those with whom you want to share this list. Multiple email addresses must be separated by a comma or space.

When you invite people to review a list, they receive an email. They must open the email and follow the prompts to activate their access. If you invite an individual who does not have an active Manta.com account, they will be prompted to create an account.

You can remove an invitation from a shared list by clicking delete. When invited individuals accept and activate your share invitation, the status is reflected in the Manage Users section of the Share Lists tab.

Access to a shared list can be disabled and permissions can be modified for each user that accepts your invitation. Additionally, you can completely remove access for an individual or all individuals from this shared list.
