This is an individual operated home daycare. I have sixteen years of experience working with children. I began my career as an Assistant Teacher, and in one year, I took over as the Lead Teacher. Within two years, I was promoted to Assistant Director, in a leading child care center. I was the Assistant Director for five years and also the Program Coordinator of that center. I took a break from working when we moved out of the area and I had my daughter. Upon my return to the workforce, I was a Lead Teacher for two years. After that I took a position as an Assistant Teacher in another child care center, so that I could work closer to home. I've had the opportunity to work within many different child care/preschool systems, which exposed me to various ways of teaching. Included in this experience, I worked in a Montessori School for two years. Through all of these experiences, my favorite has been teaching children in my home daycare. We do lots of fun activities and projects.
