I would make this zero stars if I could. If you go to this jeweler ask Steve, his wife, or the employees these three questions: 1. Are the stones lab grown or naturally mined? 2. Is this dental gold (10k) or what is the gold content of the setting? 3. Can I see an appraisal and all documents, completely filled out, BEFORE signing them and before we need to rush back to the ship? Then RUN out the door as fast as you can. There are many reputable jewelers in Alaska. Same phone number as Jewel Palace. Just RUN!
