I could not be more happy with Arcane Electric Llc! Shane and Shane both do great work! The price is remarkable, and above all, they are true craftsman.... Big Shane is unbelievably smart, he knew things about my electrical system that no other electrician had ever mentioned. I have worked with many over the years as I am also a contractor, so I am around them daily. Moving forward I'll be using Arcane/Shane for all my electrical projects. He had me sold when he started telling me the theory of electricity and how the last 3 electricians that tried to fix my issue and couldn't must not have had the extensive schooling and background he had because he knew exactly what the problem was once I started explaining that only sometimes would my lights get brighter and only other times would they flicker. Without even recreating the events, he was able track down the loose connections in a transformer feeding my electrical boxes. Who would of thought a loose connection in a transformer would cause both problems to exist. Needless to say, we have had no more power surges or flickering lights. Everything is working great now and I'm not burning through bulbs every week!! So again, I must say"these guys truly are some of the best of the best". Thank you Shane's!! Thank you Arcane Electric!!
