After experiencing a particularly unpleasant conversation with "Hygiene Maids," I find myself composing this review with a sense of calm, hoping to offer unbiased feedback. For the past two months, we've been availing bi-weekly home cleaning services from Hygiene Maids. In this duration, we've had one deep cleaning and two regular cleanings, all of which were executed commendably. We've been generally satisfied with the quality of their work. However, our experience took a negative turn following a conversation my wife had with Hygiene Maids. While the call was initially unrelated, the topic of our subscription rate unexpectedly surfaced. My wife opted not to agree or disagree at that moment, preferring to discuss it with me. When I followed up with a call today to inquire about the sudden price increase after only two services, I was met with vague explanations centered around inflation and rising costs of cleaning supplies. When I pressed for clarification on why these factors weren't factored into the initial quote provided two months ago, they evaded the question entirely. Essentially, their response boiled down to accepting the new rate or seeking services elsewhere. I found it disconcerting that despite reaching an agreement on pricing just two months prior, they were unwilling to honor it. Their dismissive attitude towards our previous verbal agreement left me with no choice but to terminate our service. It's disappointing to encounter business practices that lack respect for the spirit of a contract. To potential future customers, I would caution that while Hygiene Maids may deliver satisfactory one-time cleaning services, establishing a long-term business relationship with them might lead to experiences similar to mine. If you're comfortable with arbitrary price adjustments, then by all means, consider Hygiene Maids for your needs.

We have been using Hygiene Maids for awhile now, we tried a few others at first and i feel that Hygiene Maids is really the best because of how they pay attention to details that others ignore. I will definitely recommend you guys to my Friends.

Excellent service. I work from home and don't have time to clean but after 2 hours of them arriving, i couldn't recognized my home anymore. Supper clean and arranged.
