VIVE is a total body 60 minute workout designed to include intervals of cardio, functional, strength, and core stability. Vive is a locally owned and operated all womens fitness boutique in Chattanooga with workouts specifically designed to help women reach their goals. Vive uses six modules in a 60 minute session to create a full body workout designed to burn more calories than cardio alone, and also create the afterburn affect so you burn calories for up to a day and a half after your Vive session is finished. Vive uses state of the art equipment to achieve this high calorie burn. Woodway curved treadmills are self propelled treadmills, therefore they burn 30% more calories than a traditional treadmill.
