LivingWell360 is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach that works to create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and LivingWell360 takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means examining how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationships cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Clients get in touch with their body's needs because life happens, and your needs will change. You can expect to be equipped with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. Each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not by following the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
