Great experience (this is regard to selling rigs and hardware). I love the fact that they inspect the hardware sent to them, even to try and fix it themselves when possible, and will let you know about the issues if they encountered any. They also will provided pictures, screenshots, and explanations to sort of understand how those hardware issues were caused and how to avoid them if possible. With that, Mark has been very responsive and overall been very helpful, I was given an offer that felt right in terms of current market value. I bought an rx 580 recently that was used-"like new" and the fans didn't spin. At first I thought I had installed them wrong so I contacted support and they couldn't seem to find the issue. They recommended I just returned it instead of getting worked up on it. I was really exited since they price was really low and my package got here almost 10 days earlier than the arrival date stated. My hopes were very high and I truly wish I was writing a 5 star review right now but unfortunately this popped up, truly disappointed.
