Florida licensed loan officer with Guild Mortgage Company Helping First time Home Buyers achieve the home ownership dream. With over a decade of experience in Mortgage Banking, I’ve discovered my passion is assisting in making dreams come true. I’ve always loved the phrase “The American Dream” and my job revolves around just that. I believe that real estate investment is the stability and drive of our economy. I’ve been blessed with an amazing woman and son. They inspire me every day to give back, assist, educate and help provide homeownership for other families. As a family, we participate in collection for food banks and assistance for animal shelters. Pets are family too! The vision for my future includes Pop Warner and High School Football games, helping families with their first home, investment property and their retirement homes too. I hope that my guidance allows my clients futures to be financially secure, planned and comfortable through Real Estate acquisition or by lowering their interest rate. I specialize in down payment assistance programs, loan products for the self-employed and guidance on how to become a homeowner. I will help you with a plan, evaluate and advise on credit issues and help you set and reach your homeownership goal. I look forward to working with you! Yo hablo español
