Keith and Melissa are complete scammers. Keith will demand a 50-75% upfront deposit prior to doing any work. He will have many excuses about why he under bid the job and needs additional advances. He never keeps his time commitments. He is MIA. He does not finish the job but takes your money. Beware !!!
