THE FLAT - SPOT
This is just a friendly reminder that if you are planning to have your taxes done here in Chino, to avoid MDI Taxes and Accounting.
Company's prices have drastically gone up while service has gone to hell. Owner admitted to not doing our taxes correctly for the last 3 years. In the same breath as saying I was paying more, because I was paying for his expertise. What? To professionally do my taxes wrong 4 years in a row?
Our last use of their services resulted in a late tax filing, without an extension filed. Must have slipped his mind. It took them 2 months and repeated messages left, after the due date, to get our taxes prepared. It was not complicated. Resulting in an additional $853.00 tax penalty. All because he couldn't get it done on time and didn't file an extension.
The guy is phoning it in and charging people for the luxury. On our last visit he was clearly panicked, which made him aggressive and unprofessional. He knew he F'ed up and just threw a tantrum. Keep in mind we had never had a known issue with them before our last filing. So, there was no reason for him to turn on us like this. But then again, from the looks of his recent online reviews, we were not the only one having issues last year.
NEVER AGAIN! This guy is a horrible Accountant and needs to retire. He is way too lazy and willing to put his clients at risk. Don't let this guy get you audited. He clearly doesn't care about any of his customers.
