We're Eva's Mexican Restaurant and we've been a local restaurant and caterer here in Marion, IA, since 2020. We believe in great food and service, offering parties, catering, and a food truck. We started this business to provide our community with authentic Mexican food. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Marion and the surrounding areas. We'd like to personally invite you to stop in today for tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, salad, and more!
