Beverage product development and co-packer support consultancy helping emerging brands commercialize profitably — from lab formula to shelf-ready product. Rapid CPG is a beverage product development and co-packer support consultancy founded by Matt Carden in Petaluma, California. We help emerging beverage brands cross the gap between a lab formula and a profitable, shelf-ready product. Our work covers formulation scale-up, co-packer selection, cost and margin modeling, ingredient and packaging sourcing, and shelf-life validation — the operational reality that decides whether a product consumers love becomes a business that survives. Rather than stopping at the recipe or the branding, we manage what happens between the bench and the shelf, where most emerging beverage brands stall.
