Home inspections across NH and VT from a builder with 20+ years of contracting experience. InterNACHI-certified, licensed in both states. Radon and water testing available. Resonant Homes LLC provides home inspections throughout New Hampshire and Vermont, based in Alstead, NH. Owner Austin Reida has spent over 20 years running a general contracting business — writing bids, managing subcontractors, and standing behind finished work — and brings that hands-on construction background to every inspection. He's InterNACHI-certified and licensed in both NH and VT. Because the contracting firm is still active today, inspections reflect current building materials and methods, not outdated checklist knowledge. Radon and water testing are available and can be bundled with an inspection for a discount. Resonant Homes does not inspect wells or septic systems, but can refer clients to trusted local specialists. To avoid any conflict of interest, Resonant Homes follows a strict 12-month policy: no repair work performed on any home inspected within the prior year.
