Scott Christensen, a REALTOR with Spring Creek Realty Group, offers home selling and listing services in Twin Falls through Idaho Realty Now, treating every client as a neighbor rather than a transaction number. Twin Falls offers everything from historic homes near downtown to newer subdivisions along the canyon rim, with a rental market supported by students at the College of Southern Idaho. Sellers receive a pre-listing walkthrough that identifies which repairs and updates are worth making and which ones buyers in the area are unlikely to care about. A long-time Burley resident, he knows the Mini-Cassia and Magic Valley markets from years of living, working and raising a family in the area. When offers arrive, sellers get a clear explanation of each one, including cash versus financed offers, closing timelines and how buyer financing affects the likelihood of closing. He also assists clients with land and acreage and relocation.
