Industrious Battery Park is located at 1 Battery Place, in the heart of the Financial District. Set inside the iconic One Battery Park Plaza, the 35-story tower has anchored Lower Manhattan's skyline since 1971. Original architecture by Emery Roth & Sons and a renovated Italian marble lobby give the building a sense of permanence and polish that still feels distinctly New York. Inside, the workspace blends flexible terms, thoughtful design, and genuine hospitality across Coworking Memberships, Private Offices, and team Suites built for focus and momentum.
