Horizon RIA is a Christ-centered, fee-only, independent fiduciary money manager with more than 36 years of experience. We actively manage your IRA and taxable accounts to take the worry out of investing—so you can retire with confidence. Your account is professionally and actively managed to capture the upside while protecting against downside risk. We invest in carefully selected stocks, ETFs, and funds with strong risk-adjusted returns and rotate into stronger performers as market leadership changes. While markets have historically recovered over time, there is no guarantee the Federal Reserve will intervene in the next crisis—or that your portfolio will rebound when you need it most. Our disciplined, experience-driven process focuses on prudent risk management, opportunity, and responsible stewardship. We specialize in working with retired and early-retired clients, always sitting on your side of the table.
