Our sales process begins with outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound inquiries, followed by qualification of scope, decision-maker, budget, and timeline. We conduct a site visit to assess conditions and gather measurements, then prepare a detailed, scope-specific proposal outlining preparation standards, coating systems, safety compliance, scheduling, and pricing. After submission, we follow up to answer questions, align on expectations, and provide value-engineering options if needed. Projects move forward upon signed contract, PO, or written approval, and transition into pre-job planning and scheduling for execution.
