Welcome to Noble Phở! Real northern Vietnamese phở, we make bánh mì and rice noodle dishes, along with a full boba tea menu. Noble Phở is a family-run northern Vietnamese restaurant in Round Rock, TX, known for our signature 24-hour oxtail phở and clear-broth beef phở made in the Hanoi tradition. Beyond phở, we serve bánh mì, spring rolls, egg rolls, vermicelli bowls, fried rice, and rice plates, plus a vegan phở broth for plant-based diners. Pair your meal with handmade boba tea or Vietnamese coffee. Every dish is cooked fresh daily with real technique and the kind of care you'd find in a Vietnamese family kitchen. Visit us on University Blvd for lunch, dinner, takeout, or delivery, serving Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Hutto, and North Austin. All dietary restrictions such as gluten-free and vegetarian are clearly marked on our menu.
