The Dallas Ear Institute's Frisco office is located on the third floor of Centennial Medical Pavilion Building II (next to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center). Surface parking is available at no cost. After entering through the main doors, take the elevator to the third floor where we are located in Suite 311.
