Shower floor always had a puddle because the drain sat too high. Their plumber came to East Harlem, dropped the drain, re-pitched it, tiled around it clean enough that you can't tell. I thought I'd need a whole reno. I did not.

Laundry started flooding the kitchen because the standpipe was clogged. I called these guys and they were in Washington Heights within a couple hours, cleared it, and put a trap in so it hopefully doesn't repeat. Floor dried, no warped wood. Lucky.
Burish west
Old galvanized pipes were rusting out and every other quote was a month out. Same Day Plumbing NYC started the repipe in our Inwood place that week, worked around our schedule, and we had copper in every wall by Friday. Water pressure is actually good now, which I didn't know was possible in this building.
