The Skoal Room is Hotel Viking's classic cocktail bar, a room shaped by history and built for the pleasure of a well made drink. Warm light, polished wood, and a steady hand behind the bar set the tone. Cocktails lean timeless, martinis properly cold, old fashioneds stirred with intention, spirits poured without flourish but with care. It is a place to begin the evening, to end it, or to quietly lose track of time between the two. Conversation carries. The atmosphere does the rest.
