We scope the role, connect existing tools, and provide ongoing management and human oversight. Setup typically takes 7-10 days depending on scope and access. Owner inbox replies stay as drafts by default; automatic sending requires approved categories. Additional custom builds are scoped separately. Live phone answering, end-to-end bookkeeping, payments, and tax preparation are outside the standard role.
