Roofing, windows, siding & wildfire hardening for greater Sacramento and the foothills. Carmichael-based. CA CSLB #1156523. 916 Contractor Pros is a third-generation, Carmichael-based contractor for roofing, windows and doors, siding, and wildfire home hardening across Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, and Nevada counties, including Truckee/Tahoe. CA CSLB #1156523 (General Building). For foothill and Tahoe homes, we start with a Wildfire Readiness Assessment, then harden the weak points embers find: Class A roofing, ember-resistant vents, roof edges and gutters, fire-resistant decks, and the 5-foot ember-resistant zone. Every project gets photo documentation and a written, fixed-price scope before work begins. We also handle exterior painting, concrete, seamless gutters, dry rot repair, and SB 721 / SB 326 balcony repairs, with one named point of contact from estimate to final walkthrough.
