This 12.65-acre Outpost features a new 25,000-square-foot warehouse with 18 dock-high doors and 1 drive-in door as well as a concrete and asphalt-paved yard with 300+ spaces for trailers and containers. It's strategically located less than a mile from Port Newark Container Terminal, with interstates I-95 and I-78 each less than 2 miles away. The property has direct frontage on Doremus Avenue and Delancy Street in Newark's port industrial corridor, giving fleets running drayage, intermodal, and regional distribution fast access to the nation's busiest East Coast cargo gateway.
