Topside Attic Insulation is a nationwide insulation company founded in 2016 by Wes Okafor and headquartered in Glendale, California, part of the Haven family of home service brands. Every Topside location works the top side of the house: attic insulation, spray foam and blown-in insulation, insulation removal and replacement, attic air sealing, radiant barriers, crawl space encapsulation, attic cleaning and rodent proofing and home energy audits, with R-values written on the estimate. Each location is independently owned and operated and works to The Haven Standard: a named technician, a fixed price before the work starts, a 365-day workmanship guarantee and a real local address.
