900 Morrissey offers furnished studios to homeless individuals in Boston and 24/7 supportive services provided by Pine Street Inn. Once a hotel, 900 Morrissey has been thoughtfully transformed into a place of stability and belonging for those in need of housing. Opened Fall 2025 in Dorchester, our community will provide fully furnished, single-occupancy studios through Boston's Coordinated Access System, with a preference for persons experiencing homelessness and elderly 62+ years. Residents will enjoy on-site laundry, a welcoming community room, and team who cares.
