One invoice had a charge I didn't recognize. Emailed about it and got an explanation but took two days to hear back. Would have liked a faster response on that. Everything else has been consistent.

We switched over earlier this year. Was a bit worried about changing mid-cycle but it turned out fine. Stuff just moves, no constant follow-ups. Haven't had to chase down missing updates or weird charges so far. That alone makes it worth it.

We ship north every week and before this it was a constant headache. Now it just happens. Genuinely nothing more to say.

i've used probably 5 freight companies in 3 years. this is the first one where i'm not refreshing tracking every few hours. that alone is worth it
