Your Island Boat Dealer For more than 45 years, Port Boat House has proudly served outdoor enthusiasts across Vancouver Island and the Pacific Northwest. In 2025, we expanded our reach by acquiring Howe Sound Marine Ltd. in Lions Bay, enabling us to better support customers throughout the Lower Mainland. We represent premium Pacific Northwest–built brands—including Ranger Tugs, Cutwater Boats, and North River aluminum boats. We are specialists in Yamaha Outboards, side-by-sides, and ATVs—among other leading products. Our reputation is built on exceptional customer service and long-standing relationships with commercial operators, fishing guides, eco-tourism businesses, and recreational boaters. As Canada’s largest Yamaha Outboard dealer, and one of only three Yamaha Elite Dealers in BC, we combine deep industry expertise with an unwavering commitment to excellence. Our team includes highly trained, certified technicians—more than 12 journeyman technicians supported by an experienced senior management group. Ongoing factory training ensures we stay current with the latest technologies to deliver the highest level of service. At Port Boat House, we make boating easy. Our delivery captains provide personalized, hands-on orientation for new boat owners, covering vessel systems, navigation, docking, anchoring, and safety—while remaining a trusted resource long after delivery. Customers also benefit from our strong community partnerships through factory-sponsored rendezvous and events featuring training and insights from Yamaha, Garmin, Volvo, and other marine service leaders.
