Pricing was clear before I confirmed. Pickup happened when it was supposed to. Tracking reflected reality. Three things that sound basic and aren't always.

I measure my day by how many shipping escalations I have to manage. Since switching to Postland that number has dropped noticeably. Good tracking, responsive support, reliable pickups.

Booking flow is clean, tracking works, pickups are reliable. Rates on a couple of our lanes came in above spot quotes elsewhere. For lanes where they're competitive the full service package is worth it. Do your comparison before committing full volume.

Books fast, tracks accurately, pickups happen on schedule. We move heavy, awkward freight. No issues with quoting or handling. Support answered a transload question quickly. If it keeps working like this we'll keep using it.

We have seasonal spikes - some months we're shipping constantly, others very little. Postland handles the busy periods well and the on-demand booking is convenient. Took me a little time to understand how the membership tiers affect pricing, the fee structure isn't immediately obvious. Once I figured it out it made sense. The actual freight operations have been smooth - no lost shipments, no unexplained delays. A solid four stars with potential for five once I'm more familiar with the platform.

I was thrown into managing our shipping operations pretty early in this job and honestly had no idea what I was doing with freight. The Postland platform is intuitive enough that I got the hang of it within a week - booking, tracking, pulling shipment history. When I made a mistake on an address entry I contacted support and they sorted it quickly without making me feel bad about it. For someone learning logistics on the job this was a relief.

We'd been using the same freight forwarder for six years out of habit more than anything. Switched to Postland after a colleague recommended them. The difference was immediate - quotes in minutes instead of emails back and forth, and actual visibility on where the shipment is. First three LTL runs went without issues, pickups on time each time. Our logistics coordinator now spends half the time she used to on coordination. That alone is worth it.
