Needed low-impact cardio after some health issues. Found the right exercise bike here at a price that made sense. Delivery was careful, setup was manageable at my age, and it's been running quietly in the spare room ever since. Happy with the choice and the experience.

Checked about six different sites. ECS Sport had the best price and actually had the model in stock. Ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday. Rode it Thursday. Happy.

Found exactly what I needed for daily commuting at a price I couldn't match locally. Arrived quickly, minor assembly required. Been riding it five days a week for two months with zero issues.

Ordered the YOSUDA exercise bike. It arrived on time and the delivery itself was fine. When I assembled it I noticed the resistance knob had some play in it - not broken exactly but not how it should feel. Contacted support and they were helpful, sent a replacement part within a few days. So it got resolved, but for a new purchase I shouldn't have had to deal with it. The bike works fine now. Three stars - resolution was good, should have been right the first time.

They must have just opened, given the website navigation confusion and the lack of certain specifications in the model descriptions. Support is available, and they respond quickly and competently. I'm still undecided, but thanks for the advice, and I'm leaving you a review. Wishing you successful sales and positive feedback!

I bought a bike as a birthday present for my son. I had to consult with the store about the size, as the website didn't list the sizes they had in stock. Otherwise, everything was great-it arrived on time, fulfilling my son's dream

I came across an article in a store about different bike models and their advantages. Before, I had a simple Trek bike for commuting to work, but now I ride a Riverside 500, and the difference in comfort and energy consumption is huge. Sometimes I even go out of town-a meditative retreat, so to speak)) Overall, I received what was advertised. There were no issues with delivery.
