Torsion conversion replacement and gear-kit installation. High-speed spring conversion and immediate torque restoration for failing openers. FastFix Garage Door Repairs specializes in garage door sensor repair and replacement services, fixing motion detectors and safety sensors that prevent garage doors from closing completely or cause intermittent operational problems. Modern garage doors are equipped with sophisticated safety sensors designed to protect people and property by detecting obstacles in the door's path and preventing the door from closing if something is blocking it. These sensors, often called photo-eye sensors or motion detectors, communicate with the garage door opener to stop door closure when an obstacle is detected. When sensors malfunction, they can cause problems including doors that won't close at all, doors that reverse unexpectedly during closing, doors that open and close intermittently, or complete failure of the safety system. Our sensor diagnostics test sensor alignment, Motor-gear synchronization and rail-cleaning service.
