Execution is reliable and the team is accountable when things go sideways. My gap is data - I need lane-level performance exports for internal planning and what's available currently requires too much manual work to be useful. Operations are five-star. Reporting holds the overall rating at four.

Global campaign fulfillment. When backers aren't flooding your inbox with "where is my order" emails, the logistics partner did their job. Forwardleag did their job.

International fulfillment is clearly where they shine - IOR support, customs documentation, warehouse positioning across regions. Domestic-only moves are fine but not differentiated from alternatives I've used. Use them for global volume. Four stars reflects the full picture.

We replaced fragmented vendors with one coordinated model and cut exception-driven delays from our monthly schedule. The operational flow has been predictable for six months now. That word - predictable - doesn't sound exciting until you've spent two years where it wasn't.

Came in knowing almost nothing about IOR, customs docs, or warehouse SLAs. The team walked us through the setup without making it feel complicated. Shipped to 14 countries at launch, two minor customs holds that resolved quickly. For anyone stepping into global fulfillment for the first time, this was a reassuring experience. Landed cost calculator is genuinely useful for pricing decisions too.

Execution is reliable - pickups happen, dispatch quality is consistent, the warehouse coverage is good. My main feedback is the reporting side. The dashboard shows milestones but the exportable data is thin. For internal planning and client reporting we need shipment-level granularity that isn't there yet. I've flagged it with the team, they acknowledged it. Four stars until it improves, happy to update.

We had separate providers for warehousing, cross-border shipping, and returns. The coordination overhead was becoming a part-time job. Moved everything to Forwardleag over two months - it wasn't painless, but the end state is significantly cleaner. One dashboard, one escalation path, one team that knows our account. Exception rates on our EU lanes dropped noticeably in the first quarter. The KPI structure they use actually holds up in practice, not just on paper. Would recommend for any brand that's outgrown a patchwork logistics setup.
