Locally owned and operated in Lynchburg VA, with more than 35 years of combined HVAC, business and customer service experience. Locally owned and operated, with more than 35 years of combined HVAC, business and customer service experience, the team at Hometown Comfort Pros can get the job done on time, and done correctly. We formed our company with the belief that HVAC Service should be Easy, Reliable, Trusted, and Affordable. We also feel that it should be nothing less than a pleasurable experience for the customer from beginning to end. We strive to provide the best customer experience possible, from letting you know when we are coming, arriving on time, respecting your time and home or business with the utmost care. We train our technicians to treat the customer as if they are working for their family when going on a service call. Whether you nave a heat pump or furnace, we can help repair or replace depending on your needs and budget. We look to repair heat pumps first, and only replace when the existing equipment is way beyond its useful life and original investment. Many times the power savings, comfort and health benefits of upgrading your furnace, heat pump or central air can easily outweigh the cost of new equipment. We can help make sense of what you have, and what your options are along with a free estimate for your review and approval. Our goal is to make sure your equipment is properly sized, installed, and operating at maximum efficiency, which we feel in turn makes you a very happy customer.
