The choice to be fit for most of us isn’t an easy path, a slam dunk, or an entitlement. It’s a fight. Every choice we make and every action we take re The choice to be fit for most of us isn’t an easy path, a slam dunk, or an entitlement. It’s a fight. Every choice we make and every action we take represents a battle against internal and external forces. They’re forces we must face in the ultimate war for our fittest selves. Put simply, Fight 4 Fit (F4F) is in each and every one of us. It’s putting in that extra time, throwing one more punch, and giving all we have to be who we are meant to be. That’s my story, too. Like many others, I’ve had to fight for everything I’ve earned. Building a business, raising a family, and earning the trust and respect of every FIGHT4FIT member whose corner I’ve taken as they fight their fight. It’s who I am and why I’m here.
