Ben was amazing. I came to him for a battery replacement. He met with me in a very convenient location near where I work and was there waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. He was super professional and nice. I was able to ask him questions about my phone to gain a better understanding of how to care for my phone better. He worked quickly. The full process of having my battery replaced took maybe 15 minutes in total. After we were done he gave me a complimentary fiberglass screen cover for added protection and then told me I could continue to come to him for any other iPhone services I might need in the future. Which I most certainly will do because you can't beat this gentleman's service.
