EnviroGuard Pest Control provides attentive, friendly, and effective pest control services for residential and commercial customers throughout the Fort Myers area, our company is made up of five owners who grew up together in Austin, TX and bring over 40 years of combined experience to our company. Over the years, we have learned the ins and outs of the trade and have also had the opportunity to gain a deep knowledge and appreciation of the pest control needs in our service area.

Was needing pest control services, and they just so happened to send a salesman on a segway to my driveway one Saturday, I explained to them my issues and signed up for service. There were supposed to be multiple visits in the first month. The tech came on the next Monday to start the once-a-month treatment that wasn't supposed to start until the following month. I explained to them what they were supposed to be doing that visit and he try to put something together on the spot to fulfill the contract.
The next week Monday no one showed up. Called their office they said no one was supposed to come out until the next month. I explained to them the conversation I had with the salesman and the Needs I had the salesmen said they can resolve them and to please have the salesperson or manager call the next day... no call. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, waiting for the next Monday. (week 3) no show.
Called on Tuesday, scheduler said I was only on a month-to-month plan and that a supervisor could call me back in 48 hours. Canceled on the spot.
