Randall Selby Jr. Realtor eXperience more, eXplore new options, eXponentially better, eXpanding equity I am always to committed to putting my clients first, making sure the process goes smoothly, and helping them win! As of now it is looking like I will cap this year which is very exciting! Most of my business this year has been all personal referrals. I have had a few leads come in but none of those has turned into a transaction at this point. I am working on establishing a transaction coordinator and maybe add an agent to become a team at some point in the near future. I am also working on agent attraction.
