Randy has a 35-year career in the restaurant business and always had a great desire to own his own establishment. In the summer of 2019, partnering with several Good friends, Mike, Leslie, Aaron, and Jenny decided to venture out into the up-and-coming "ghost kitchen" market (i.e. food delivery or curbside pick up only).
