Great service and very professional. We were donating a bunch of things to Goodwill. The crew found photo albums which were in a dresser that I did not know were there and took the trouble to call me so they could make sure we didn't lose them unintentionally. Would definitely use these Next Door again. Very professional, on time, and reasonably priced

Highly recommend! Every step of the process was really simple. The prices are cheaper than most other companies. They did an amazing job by unloading their truck into a storage unit. Two laborers showed up & worked very quick, carefully & efficiently. They're very friendly too. I did not have one bad experience throughout the entire process. I will be using them again!

Pros: 4 movers for 2 hours in West Palm Beach to load a POD with our 2 bedroom townhome. They were efficient, experienced, and hard working. I was impressed with how hard and fast they worked and especially how experienced the moving crew was at packing the POD to the brim. Cons: Customer service did not communicate much about the move team and never answered my calls to help ease my worry. Movers showed up at the tail end of the two hour window so I called customer service to communicate that they were indeed booked to show and we weren't scammed. Customer service finally called me back after three calls when I left a vm saying movers did eventually show up. A lot of stress after reading bad reviews and no answer to my calls but it all worked out. Movers were great! Just wish for better communication.

This is my second review. I needed a last minute move. I called Next Door Relocation. To my good luck, they had an opening. My move went off without a hitch. As before they were the best! Everything has been reassembled, boxes are in the rooms where marked and most importantly they are personable and easy to talk to. If you need to move in the South Florida area, call this company. I had a tight schedule to have everything moved, and I had quite a few possessions, but it all worked out like a charm. I would highly recommend next Door Relocation to anyone who needs to move because they were available on short notice and were friendly and respectful the entire time. I had no regrets picking this business.

From start to finish by far the best movers I've ever used! The moving coordinator was thorough, the price was right and he was very responsive to my questions. They were very thorough and made sure it was set up just right. The movers were so fast and very polite. They went way above and beyond. I recommend thoroughly and will definitely use them again the next time I move.

Excellent!! I heard so many bad experiences from friends about moving companies they had used. I decided to hire Next Door Relocation based on reviews. So glad I did. They were honest and kept to the reasonable price quoted. 3 men worked hard for hours, wrapping and protecting all our items. Very professional and pleasant. No damage. Nothing missing.
