Board certified in family medicine, Stephen Thies, M.D., joined Providence Care Bonner Springs in 2008. He received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and went on to complete his residency at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo. Prior to practicing medicine, Dr. Thies received a master of philosophy from Temple University in Pennsylvania. Dr. Thies has a focused interest in preventive care and wellness for all ages, and as well as Primary Care Quality initiatives.
