Received a cold text that was not requested and somehow ended up being threatened by the owner with doxing. He also mocked my deceased mother and after I requested his name he advised me to get federal counsel as he would be suing for civil extortion. We never asked for money, we asked for his name to call HR and report him. Unfortunately mr Chris Smith is the owner and after hours of threats I am turning to reviewing anywhere I can so no one else has this issue.

Honestly this was an amazing service we got! They dismantled everything, wrapped and protected my valuables. They were very efficient and friendly throughout the entire move! They fixed damages my previous movers made! I don't know these guys were god sent!

First Class Movers was on time, extremely efficient, and went above beyond expectations. Both gentlemen were courteous and made the day very enjoyable to work with. I would recommend the service to anyone.

I had a great experience the whole way through. They contacted me straight away once I submitted a request through their website, and were very clear and thorough with all services offered and fees charged. I was able to reschedule my move quickly when I couldn't book the moving elevator in my building. I received a call from them a day before the move to confirm they had all the correct information. And the movers were careful, quick, and friendly. One was experienced and the other in training and still all items (and walls and doors!) were respected and nothing damaged. Paid after the move was over and no surprise/hidden fees. It was nearly exactly the amount I expected ($27 less than my own self-estimate based on their fee structure). I will use First Class Movers the next time I move.

First Class Movers did a fantastic job with our move! I received a call from the owner one day prior, in the morning, and the mover that evening. The move got started about an hour later than scheduled but both the owner and mover kept me updated on the adjusted arrival time. These two guys worked unbelievably hard. They never took a break and actually finished 10 minutes earlier than the planned timeframe so my bed was even able to be reassembled. These two gentlemen were courteous and professional at all times and a wonderful representation of the company! I only wished I knew the other mover's name so I could acknowledge them both by name. I am very thankful to First Class Movers and will highly recommend them to anyone. Having movers you trust alleviates a huge amount of stress during a stressful event.

I recently purchased a condo and the closing date and my lease end date didn't match up by one week. So I had the pleasure of moving twice in a 7 day period. I thought this was going to be a miserable experience moving my apartment into a storage unit then 7 days later into a condo. It might have been awful had I not found First Class Movers.

Seriously I never give a 5 star to anyone and if I see 5 stars on all reviews I feel as though someone has tricked the system. But I used them and if I could give multiple 5 stars I would. I fired my first movers 1/3 the way through the job who UHaul had recommended. That company ruined all my living room furniture and mattress - Do not use All My Kids Moving. In a panic having to be out by a certain date I Yelped First Class Movers and seriously kicked myself for not making that call first. First Class Movers packed the truck like a Relo move which is what we needed. They stayed in contact, were professionals and awesome. Yelp always works for me but this time First Class Movers exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them and rate them multiple 5 Stars. This coming from a very hard to please Southlake resident - but I am pleased.
