I’m Stephanie Somatics, a holistic body-focused mental-health practitioner, and I offer Somatic Healing. I am a Somatic Healer who focuses on supporting clients in their healing and integrating past traumas. I specialize in generational trauma, and intuitive somatic tracking to teach my clients how to find their own guiding light. My experience working with family systems, substance abuse, teenagers, and low-income communities gives me a multicultural lens in my work and allows me to connect with folks from all walks of life. My clients are ready to change, reflect, and more than anything, are ready to learn how to expand their ability to feel their feelings. My clients are typically working through trauma, anxiety, or unhealthy coping behaviors. Tried talk therapy and understand the concepts of this work, but have yet to connect the dots within their body. They want to learn how to change their relationship with their body, their past story, and their future. I offer this work from a place of wanting to walk alongside my clients and help guide them into themselves. This work is challenging and will push you to grow, and I believe is the most rewarding and powerful gift we can give to ourselves and those around us. I believe your body has all the answers, we just need to know how to listen and follow its lead. There is power in being able to hear your own system reaching out to you, and even more empowering to be able to reach back.
